Matho and Shrikhand are almost similar in nature. Shrikhand is a bit thick and creamy while matho is a bit thin and it is light to eat. Any seasonal fruits can be added to mix fruit matho. This is a very delicious sweet which can be prepared very easily and in a very little time. Mix fruit matho can be served with a meal or it can be even served as a dessert.

Take thick curd in a bowl. Store-bought yoghurt can also be used to make matho. If homemade curd is a bit thin then put a strainer on a bowl and cover it with a cotton cloth and add curd to it. Cover and keep it in the refrigerator for an hour. So that the curd will be thick.

Add powdered sugar and milk powder to the yoghurt and mix it well. Now keep it in the refrigerator for one to two hours to chill. Add mixed fruits of your choice. Mix everything well and keep it in the refrigerator to chill for another 30 minutes.

Mix fruit matho is ready to serve. It can be served with the meal or as a dessert.
