Keep soaked and cleaned rice and dal in a mixer to make the dosa batter use water as required in the batter mix the Onion, green chilli, coriander leaves and salt in the mashed potato in a bowl and mix it well saute it in a hot pan for 2 mins now the stuffing is ready for the dosa.

Put the roasted peanuts and green chilli in a mixer to make chutney mix it well with salt and tamarind paste.

Grease the oven tray set the timer for 6 mins spread the dosa batter on it after then flip. It and put the potato stuffing in the center of the dosa and wrap it.

Serve this hot crispy masala dosa with peanut chutney.
