Sprouts veg curd stuffed paratha of Oats

In a mixer grinder take Oats and grind it finely and sieve it. Oats flour is ready.

To make dough take water in a pan add salt and boil it, turn off the flame and add gradually oats flour and Knead a dough that consistency like paratha dough.rest it for 15 min.

For stuffing grind coarsely sprouts or can use chopper. Finely chopped all the veggies and grate paneer. Now in a mixing bowl take coarse grind sprouts, veggies,grated paneer, hung curd,salt, black pepper powder, chilli flakes and oragano. Mix well all the mixture.

Take two small portion from dough rolled out round paratha. Now in one of the rolled portion spread stuffing on it and cover with another roti and rolled softly.

Now heat a paratha pan and cook it from both side by flipping it and greasing with oil.

A protein full and diet full paratha is ready to serve with various chutneys and pickles.
