1 bowlgram flour
2chopped onion
2chopped potatoes
2green chilli chopped
1 tbspgarlic paste
1 tbspred chilli powder
1 pinchblack pepper
to tasteSalt
As neededwater
As neededoil

In a large bowl mix besan and all ingredients.

Add enough water to make thick consistency. Mix all together

Heat oil in a pan.take spoonful of the better and drop gently into the oil and fry until they turn golden.

Turn these pakodas occasionally.

Save hot pakoda with chutney or ketchup.
