First of all I will made daal makhni For that we have to take a cooker

Then we will put Rajma, Urad Dal, Tejpatta, Cinnamon, Big Cardamom, Clovis and Salt in the cooker and put 3,4 city.

Then we'll grind the onion garlic

Now one pan in the gas and add some butter in the pan Then add grilled onion garlic to the butter and fry well

Now add tomato puree to the fried onion garlic and then fry it for a while

Then add Kashmiri chilli salt to it

Now that it is roasted, then it will mix boiled rajma and urad dal

Now in the gravy, mix the rajma and lentils with a whisk and let it boil for a while.

Now fry kasoori methi on a pan

And mix this powder in the lentils and cook for a while

Now take a pan and add butter to it, add chopped garlic and a little kasuri methi and mix it well

Now for the tandoori roti, knead it by adding salt, celery kasoori methi and some ghee to the flour.

Now we'll keep the refined flour

Now take a dough and make it roti, while roti roti, keep some fenugreek fenugreek in it and the roti is cooked
