  • Yam
  • Salt
  • Palm oil
  • Water
  • Spring onion
  • Pepper
  • Onion

Steps

  1. 1

    Peel Yam and cut into small pieces.

  2. 2

    Put the yam inside a pot.

  3. 3

    Add water and salt.

  4. 4

    Allow to cook for about 10 minutes and strain.

  5. 5

    Fry palm oil with onion.

  6. 6

    Cut Your spring onion.

  7. 7

    In a serving plate put

  8. 8

    In a serving plate add yam,palm oil,pepper and spring onion.

  9. 9

    Enjoy😋
