Ingredients

3 persons
  • 200 gramsmaida
  • 1/2 cupCurd
  • 1/2 cupMilk
  • to tasteSalt
  • 1 pinchSugar
  • a pinchBaking soda

Steps

  1. 1

    Mix flour and all the ingredients given with milk and water

  2. 2

    Rub the it with vegetable oil and marinate for about three hours

  3. 3

    Roll it thinly and make pleats.then flatten and bake it in a hot tawa in a medium flame.then deep fry.
