  • 225 gbutter
  • 350 glight brown sugar
  • 2eggs + 1 yolk
  • 1 tspvanilla
  • 285 gplain flour
  • 2 tspcornflour
  • 100 gwhite choc chips
  • Jammy Dodger
  • Jam
  • Jammy Dodgers
  • Lotus Biscoff
  • 125 gBiscoff spread
  • 9biscuits

Steps

35 mins
  1. 1

    Preheat oven to 175c.

  2. 2

    Melt butter and add to sugar, mix through.

  3. 3

    Add the eggs 1 by 1 while mixing then vanilla essense.

  4. 4

    Fold in all dry ingredients then chocolate chips and scrap into lined baking tray.

  5. 5

    Add blobs of extras and swirl in the too with any biscuits.

  6. 6

    Bake for 35mins.
