Sindhi style dal puri

Mix all the Ingredients for puri and knead a dough.

Take a small portion of dough and then make a round chapati like shape.

In a pan heat oil and fry the puri.

Press to the sides so that it puffs up

Fry till it gets brown.

For daal

Boil soaked dal in a pressure cooker with salt, water and turmeric and red chilli.

Whisk it to adjust the consistency.

Garnish it with black pepper and you can also add garam masala if you wish.

Serve it hot with puri.
