Salt & Pepper Chips
Steps

Peel and wash potatoes well then cut into wedges size and put them all in cold water for about 10-20 minutes.
Wash well till all the cloudy water is clear.
Dry well then coat all chips with cornflour. - 2
Take a big pan add oil, heat well.
Shake all extra flour off the chips
then fry until golden and crispy. Take them out onto Kitchen paper towel, set a side. - 3
Heat the 3 tbsp oil in a wok and fry the garlic,onion, pepper, spring onion and chillies for 4-5 minutes.
Add the chips/fries to these and season with the all spices
Serve immediately. Enjoy!
