Choco coffee cake

For sponge :

In a bowl add flour, baking powder and cocoa powder and set a side.

Now beat 4 Eggs with sugar, vanilla essence and liquid coffee until it's become fluffy.

Then add dry mixture in it and fold the mixture very well.

Now put the batter in 8 inch round cake mold and bake at 180°c for 35 mint.

For Genache :

Mix all the ingredients in a pan and put it on flame cook on medium flame and whisk continuously.

When bubbles appears remove the pan from flame.

Keep it on room temperature until it becomes cool.

For frosting : add chocolate Genache 4 tbsp in 250 g whipped cream and and whisk until well combine.

Cut sponge in 2 pieces and soak with sugar syrup Frost with cream add chocolate chips and drizzle chocolate Genache and repeat the process.

Now Frost the whole cake with chocolate cream and spread Genache on top.

Pipe star with 1M nozel and put cherries on top.
