Steps

Marinate chicken With soya sauce, hot sauce, lemon juice, crushed red chilli powder, black pepper powder, garlic powder and bbq sauce for 15 minutes.
Add 2 tb spoon oil and stir fry chicken on high flame.
Don’t over cook. - 2
Kneading
Take flour, salt, sugar, yeast and dry milk powder and mix, - 3
Now add egg and oil.
Knead with lukewarm water.
Make a dough. Spread little oil and cover in air tight box for an hour for first proofing. - 4
After an hour again punch the dough and keep for 1/2 an hour for second proofing.
Now the dough is ready for all types of buns.This dough is perfect for all;;

Spread bbq sauce, then add cooked chicken, cheddar and mozzarella cheese, onions and capsicum chopped.

Divide the dough in 15 balls and roll each ball in square and see the process of making chatai in picture.

Apply egg on top and bake for 12-15 minutes in pre heated oven. Apply pizza sauce on top and garnish with fresh coriander.

You can make all different types od buns, stuffed buns and pizzaz with this dough.

This is the first time I have used bbq sauce in this recipe. It's taste Ahhhhmazinggggg :))))
