Now take a wok add ghee generously then sauté chopped nuts till you smell aroma of nuts with in two minutes remove half of them for garnishing. fry all on low flame burner then in the same ghee add semolina and sauté for 8-10 minutes till it’s slightly golden & fragrant

  3. 3

Then add sugar & milk powder again sauté for five minutes mix everything on medium flame burner. Then add in the milk & sauté well till it’s gathered into a halwa consistency & the ghee separates from it make sure you keep stirring otherwise it will get burnt

  4. 4

Then pop it all in a greased pan or tray add the garnishing the fried nuts slightly press it with spatula then leave it to get cooled down for about one or two hours while it’s completely cooled then add gashes for rectangular shape it’s the original shape of this sweet.

  5. 5

Lastly if you want to use as it is it’s fine but this is the right way to serve in pieces.

  6. 6

And if you want to store this then you must use any wrapper, butter paper, cling wrap anything just to keep each piece in it and warp it so that the ghee it oozes will not stick & will be easy to eat I served it to my guest like this only & this aflatoon sweet turned out to be delicious ever.do try & share your experience.
