In large pot heat canola oil

Season the pork with the salt and pepper, brown the pork on all sides

In the slow cooker add the OJ,lime juice, cumin, oregano, crushed red pepper, garlic and bay leaves. Mix well

Add the pork to the slow cooker and roll it in the mixture until coated well

Cook on low for 8 hours,

Serve as iswith the juice on top

This recipe is originally made by Roy Choi and it was featured on the 2014 movie Chef. The recipe was adapted by Nagi from RecipeTin Eats but the original recipe called for a 1.75kg boneless pork shoulder. Roll the pork up and tie with a string to form a roll.
