Ingredients

  • 1onion; sliced
  • 3 lbpork roast
  • 1 cuphot water
  • 1/4 cupsugar
  • 3 tbspred wine vinegar
  • 2 tbspsoy sauce
  • 1 tbspketchup
  • 1/2 tsppepper
  • 1/2 tspsalt
  • 1/4 tspgarlic
  • 1 dashhot sauce

  1. 1

    Arrange onion slices on bottom of slow cooker.

  2. 2

    Put roast on top of onions.

  3. 3

    Mix water, sugar, vinegar, soy sauce, ketchup, pepper, salt, garlic powder, & hot sauce in a bowl.

  4. 4

    Pour over the roast.

  5. 5

    Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or on High for 3-4 hours.
