  1. 1 packagespork chunks
  2. 1 dashfresh lemon juice
  3. 1seasoning of your choice(garlic is my main ingredient
  4. 1 cupmojo juice

Cooking Instructions

    Heat oil in frying pan

    Wash pork chunks very well (i use apple cider vinegar let it soak in water for an hour

  3. 3

    Rinse and drain your meat in a strainer

  4. 4

    Put your meat in a clean bowl add your seasoning lemon juice and mojo juice

  5. 5

    Mix well and start frying until golden brown

  6. 6

    Drain grease on a paper towel and enjoy
