Peanut caramel rock candy

On a very low heat roast peanut till aromatic. Let it cool down. Then remove peels n chopp roughly.

Unwrap candy and add into microwave safe bowl. Add butter nd melt for 10 - 10 seconds for 3-4times until became smooth. Then, Mix well and add chopped peanuts. Then take 1spoon of mixture nd make rectangle shape candy. (If u feel like caramel is more then peanut then add more peanuts, just keep caramel for binding purpose only)

Rest candy for 5min, then add into melted chocolate and cover with it.

Put it in a plate nd let it set for 15min. Keep into fridge for 10-15min.

If roasted Peanuts are used then add salted peanuts for a punch.
