Ingredients

25 min
15 servings
  1. white cake mix
  2. 3egg whites
  3. 1/4 cupoil
  4. 1 cupflour
  5. 1 packagecream cheese
  6. 1.5 cupswhipping cream
  7. 1powdered sugar
  8. 1 tspvanilla
  9. mini chocolate chips
  10. 14 Ozsweetened condensed milk
  11. 1 tspcinnamon

Cooking Instructions

25 min
  1. 1

Bake cake in a 13x9 inch pan according to instructions

  2. 2

Poke many holes in top. I use a straw.

  3. 3

Pour the condensed milk on the cake, over the holes. Allow to soak in for 1 hour.

  4. 4

Mix together cream cheese, vanilla, cinnamon, and sugar until smooth.

  5. 5

Whip the cream until you get stiff peaks and then fold into cream cheese mixture.

  6. 6

After cake has absorbed the milk for 1 hour, top with the frosting.

  7. 7

    Refrigerate for 2-3 hours.

  8. 8

Liberally sprinkle the top with chocolate chips. (I sprinkle the chips lightly with powered sugar too, to make it look like a pastry item)
