Ingredients

  1. 1 3/4 cupcake flour
  2. 1 1/2 cupsugar
  3. 3/4 cupcocoa powder
  4. 1 tspbaking soda
  5. 2 tspbaking powder
  6. 2eggs
  7. 1 cupbrewed coffee
  8. 1 cupbuttermilk
  9. 1/2 cupvegetable oil
  10. 1 tspvanilla
  11. Chocolate pudding layer
  12. 2/3 cupsugar
  13. 1/3 cupcocoa powder
  14. 3 tbspcornstarch
  15. 2 1/4 cupmilk
  16. 1 tbspbutter
  17. Frosting
  18. 1/3 cupmilk
  19. 1/3 cupbutter
  20. 1/2 cupsugar
  21. 1 cupsemi sweet chocolate

Cooking Instructions

    Pre heat oven to 170C

    Combine flour, sugar, cocoa powder, baking powder and soda in a large bowl

    Add eggs coffee buttermilk, oil and vanilla. Beat medium speed for 2 minute

  4. 4

    Transfer the batter to greased 9x13 inch pan. Bake 30 min at 170C

  5. 5

    Prepare chocolate pudding. In a sauce pan, combine sugar, cocoa powder, cornstarch. add in milk.

    Heat the mixture and stir until smooth. Add butter mix well.

    Poke the cake all over with wooden spoon. Pour warm chocolate pudding in

  8. 8

    Keep cake in the fridge for at least 2 hour

  9. 9

    Prepare frosting by melting chocolate in hot milk. Then add sugar and butter. Stir until smooth. Cool down the mixture in the fridge.

    Pour chocolate frosting on top of the cake. Serve with berries
