Ingredients

4 servings
  • 250 gmsdhemse or tinda or round gourd
  • 1 tablespoonkhuskhus/poppy seeds
  • 1 cupgrated dry coconut
  • 1 tablespoonsesame seeds/white til
  • 2 tspcoriander seeds
  • 1 tspjeera/ cumin seeds
  • to tasteSalt and red chilli powder
  • 1/2 tspSugar
  • 1/2 tspHaldi( turmeric )powder
  • 1 tspKala goda masala
  • 1 tspAmchur ( dry mango)powder
  • 2 tspFresh coriander leaves

Steps

    Mix the coarse powder and all the other mentioned ingredients well

  2. 2

    Scoop out the centre of the tindas and stuff the above mixture in each.

  3. 3

    Heat oil and give tempering of mustard seeds and hing and place the stuffed tindas.

  4. 4

    Cover and cook till done
