Ingredients

  • 1tomato chopped
  • 1onion chopped
  • 1cucumber chopped
  • 1green chilli chopped
  • 5-5 savoury papdi/ mathri
  • as neededTamarind chutney
  • to tastesalt
  • 1/4 tspjeera ( cumin)powder
  • 1/4 tspred chilli powder
  • 1/4 tsppudina/ mint powder
  • 2 cupspuffed rice
  • 3/4 cupNylon namkeen

Steps

10 minutes
  1. 1

    In a bowl add chopped vegetables

    Add in the masalas. I forgot to add red chilli powder so i’ve added it later. Add in the tamarind chutney. Mix well

    Add in the puffed rice, savoury papdi and nylon namkeen. Mix well

    Taste and adjust the taste. You can add some fresh coriander. Its ready. Serve immediately.
