4 (6 oz)tilapia
seasoning mix
2 tbsoil
1/2 tsppaprika
1/2 tspgarlic
1/2 tspsalt
1/2 tsppepper

Steps

1

Mix seasoning into oil and coat fish on both sides. Heat flat pan and spray with pam. Cook one side for four minutes and then flip and cook on the other side 2 more minutes.

Serve with whatever sides you like:) I chose a wild rice mix and broccoli
