2Bun pieces for burger
2Shami Kebabs (Recipe given in discription box in my YouTube channel)
3 TablespoonMayonnaise
3 tbspGreen chilli sauce
as requiredCucumber Thinly sliced

Steps

Cut the bun into half and cook the inner sides with butter or oil till slightly brown.
Spread shami kebabs on the bun

Apply Chutney or sauce on both sides one side green and one side red and apply meyonees on above red sauce.

On one half add onions, tomatoes and cucumber

Dip shami kabab both side in egg mixture and start deep fry.

Fry Chicken sami kabab and place it over the stuffing

Spread shami kebabs

Cook well the both sides on pan or tawa with butter or oil. Press the burger with spatula
Serve hot with ketchup and your favorite drink.
