Steps

Heat a tablespoon of oil in the kadai

Put crushed garlic with skin, curry leaves, turmeric powder,chilli powder, Garam Masala powder and salt.

Then mix the puffed rice well in the kadai and the yummy, crunchy, spicy puffed rice is ready to eat.

Optional: You can mix puffed rice with tomato, cucumber, chopped onions and mint chutney.
