21/4 cupall-purpose flour
1 teaspoonbaking sod
1&1/2 teaspoon cornstarch
1/2 teaspoonsalt
3/4 cupunsalted butter
1/2 cupsugar
1large egg
1 egg yolk
2 teaspoonsvanilla essence

Mix butter and sugar, add egg into the mixture.

Add all the dry ingredients in a bowl and mix well.

Add little by little dry ingredients to the egg mixture.

Make it a soft dough.

Scoop the mixture and arrange it on a greased baking tray.

Bake for about 10 mins.
