Always bake at the correct temperature
•Be sure to bake at the temperature which the recipe called for. Always pre heat your oven before baking and always place your tin in the center of the oven rack for better circulation of air. - 2
Keep the oven closed
• It’s always tempting to keep opening your oven to check if it’s done but it affects the rising of your cakes. Always open when the time is done and insert a toothpick or knife in the middle of your cake to check if it is done. If it’s not then put it right back into the oven for some minutes. - 3
Always let your cake cool before decorating.
