  • 1/2 kgmince (beef)
  • 2 tbspRaw papaya
  • 1 tspRed chilli powder
  • to tasteSalt
  • 2 tbspseekh kabab masala
  • 2 tbspoil
  • 2 tbspbesan
  • Coal for cooking

  1. 1

    Mix all the ingredients in mince,then rest it for two hrs. Then put this masala in a skewer.
