300 gplain flour
300 mlmilk
3eggs
Pincheach of salt and pepoer

Mix eggs and milk together, mix into flour, add salt and pepper.

Put mixture in fridge till ready to cook

Put a small amount of oil in a 9" round tray and place in a hot oven till the oil smokes. Place half mixture in and place in oven for 20 mins. Do not open oven door while cooking.
