Soak the dal for 2 hrs and keep it ready. By the time prepare the dough. Take maida add salt and ghee and mix it nicely you may take more ghee as you want it will Make Kachories khasta add water slowly while kneeding and turn into a dough. Keep aside for 10 mins.

Now the main part you have to fry the Kachories on low flame fry them on one side for 4 to 5 mins. Don't disturb here the kachori. Fry on one side completely then turn and fry on other side. It wil be done in 3 to 4 mins. Enjoy at evening with a cup of tea or as you want to.
