Steps

Firstly add 1.5 cup of refined flour in a bowl. Add 2 tbps carom seeds, 1 tbps cooking oil, 1 tbps salt. Mix well and make a dough by adding some water. Use only water to make soft dough. Rest this dough for 20 minutes

Now in a pan add 1 tbps oil, keep it low flame. Add 2 tbps caram seeds, salt as per taste, red chilli powder as per taste, 1/2 tbps turmeric powder, and add mashed potatoes. Now mix all ingredients well for 1 minute. Switch off the flame.

Now take half dough of refined flour and with roller make round shape like chapati. Add a layer of this potato stuffing evenly on chapati. You can also apply green chutney on top of this potato stuffing layer.

Now roll this stuffing based chapati as a cylindrical tube and cut it's pieces in round wheel form

Pinwheel samosa are ready to serve with tamarind chutney and green coriander chutney
