#teq1..... One of my mamma´s special recipe in which I have done a twist my maa make it with mung daal I made it of chana daal
Steps

Take a steel paraat(broad bowl) and add rice flour.

Keep some water for kneading.

Add water little by little and bring together the flour with a wooden spoon.

No need for much kneading, just combining well.

Bring together the whole dough in a ball shape with hands.

The flour is half cooked now with hot water. Cover it with a damp cloth.

Drain water from soaked dal and add the dal, ginger, garlic and green chillies to blender and blend to a smooth paste

Transfer dal to a bowl and add salt and all the spices. Mix well.

Take portion of dough and make a ball

Flatten ball with the rolling pin applying some dry flour and cut circals with the help of a steel glass.

Fill 1 tsp filling in each disk and fold it half like a crescent shape.

Prepare all fara like this and keep aside covering.

Steam it for 15-20mins.

When ready, serve this steamed farra hot.
