Take a pan and to that add 1/2 cup milk 1/4 cup ghee and try to mix them

Now to that add 1&1/2 cup of milk powder and mix everything well and turn on the flame.

Keeping the flame on low - medium stir that continuesly until solid.

Now remove the dough and knead the dough well. Now add 4-5 tbsp of maida and 1tsp of water and knead a very soft dough.

Now make small balls of this dough. Make sure that the balls doesn't have cracks.

Now fry these balls in the oil in a low flame until they are golden brown.

Now for making sugar syrup add 3 cups sugar and 1&1/2 cup water. Now cook the sugar syrup on a medium flame until the sugar is dissolved. Now add 2 tsp elaichi powder and few strands of Kesar.

Now dip all the gulab jamun in sugar syrup and let them absorb sugar syrup for 1-2 hours.

Gulab Jamun are ready
