Ingredients

1 hour 30 mins
4-5 persons
  • 1.5 kgMutton
  • 1/2 kgtomatoes
  • 10green chillies
  • 1/2Kasuri methi
  • 2 tbspginger garlic paste
  • to tastesalt
  • 1 tspBhuna zeera
  • 1coriander powder
  • 1 tspred chilli powder
  • 1 tspred chilli flakes
  • 1/2 tspblack pepper powder
  • 2 tbsplemon juice
  • oil as required

Steps

1 hour 30 mins
  1. 1

    Add oil and bhunoofy ginger garlic paste now.

  2. 2

    Add meat and cook it until half done.

  3. 3

    Add tomatoes with all spices.

  4. 4

    Again cook it on high flame untill oil comes up.

  5. 5

    Add kasuri methi.

  6. 6

    Sprinkle coriander,ginger,green chillies.

  7. 7

    Mutton karahi is ready to serve😋
