  • 1/2tspcarom seeds
  • 1tsp salt
  • 1/4 cupoil
  • As neededLukewarm water as req
  • 4-5medium size boiled potatoes
  • 4-5 green peas
  • 1tsp jeera
  • 1tsp salt
  • 1/2 tspred chilli powder
  • 1/2tspchopped ginger
  • 1/2tsp garam masala
  • 1/2tsp haldi
  • 1/2tsp black salt
  • Pinchhing
  • Pinchamchoor
  • 1 tsp lemon juice or vinegar
  • 1-2green chillies
  • 1-2 tsp chopped ginger

    Take a pan add 2tbspn oil.

    Add jeera,hing,ginger and green chilli in it.thn add green peas.

    Thn add haldi and potatoes.Add all the masala in it and cook it for 5min.thn add lemon juice.

    Take a small ball from the dough.

    Make a chapati divide it into 2parts.

    Thn take 1part and fold from the straight line part.

    Thn add stuffing in it and fold it.
