Firstly suji and maida in a bowl. Add salt and baking powder. Make a dough spread oil on it 15 minutes for rest.

For masala mix all ingredients.

For pani mix all ingredients in a mixer.Make chutney.

Then add it in water, add salt. You can add 1lemon juice and chutney to make it more chatpata.

Now take some dough. Roll it and make a big chapati. Cut into a round shape with help of small bowl.

Fry them,now pani puri is ready to serve it.
