Steps

Preheat oven to 180’C.

Grease a 12 tin muffin pan with cooking spray.

Mix together the dry ingredients in a large bowl.

Beat the wet ingredients in a separate bowl.
- 5
Make a hole in the dry ingredients and fold in the wet ingredients till just combined. Do not over mix.

Add some walnuts for topping.

Bake for 25 minutes.

Cool on a cooling rack.

Best served warm with jam or yogurt!
