Condensed milk
Vanilla extract

Whisk whipping cream powder with milk, Till it turns creamy.

Then add condensed milk 1/2 cup and 1 tablespoon of vanilla extract.

Whisk thoroughly,Taste and add more condensed milk if you want it sweeter.

Store in container and refrigerate for 8 or more hours.

Serve add toppings if desired. I served them in containers of ice cream that I kept the spoons too.
