In a vessel add water put in the sweet potatoes for some time.

Then wash under running water because they are muddy.

Now cut both the sides little ways. Now cut them in round circular shape (don't cut in thin shapes)

In a pressure cooker add water less than 1/2 cup add sugar stir till sugar dissolves

Presser cook it for 2 whistle. Let it cool. After pressure cooker get cool open the lid.Put on serving dish.

Enjoy hot or cool. It taste yummy. Thank you.
