Ingredients

  • 3 cupssemolina
  • 1 tbspmilk
  • 1egg
  • 1/2 tbspbutter/ margarine
  • 2 tbspsugar
  • 1/2 tspbaking powder
  • 1/2 tspchilli powder
  • 1/2 tspfried shallots powder
  • Pinchsalt
  • Little water
  • Oil for frying

Steps

    In a clean wide bowl pour in the semolina,whisk in the egg,and all other ingredients plus little water at a time to make a thick dough, rolled it flat and cut with cookies shape or pizza cutter into desired shape, fry till golden brown on a medium heat and enjoy,,,,,tadaaa!!!
