Cut white fish into thin pieces

Dip it on the egg wash and then to tapioca flour and fry them untill golden brown, set aside

Cut the cucumber carrot, onion

Put butter on a pan

After butter melted, add the garlic and onion untill smell the fragrance

Add the carrot, stir it and let the carrot cook for a bit

Than add the cucumber and fish

Season them with salt, pepper, soy sauce and oyster sauce. And sesame oil, taste it and add more seasoning if needed

You also can add roasted sesame seeds. I ran out of sesame seeds this time😅. Enjoy
