Steps

Wash and soak chana dal overnight.

Take a mixer jar, grind the chana dal to make paste.

Add green chilli, ginger, salt and hing.

Mix well. Give the tikki shape or according to your choice. Heat oil in a kadhai, place tikki in hot oil.

Deep Fry till golden brown on medium flame. Ready to serve in tea time snacks. Enjoy!
