In a bowl add the chopped mint leaves. Then make a smooth paste with onion and chilli. Next add these to mint leaves.

Then add suji, cornflower, turmeric powder &salt. Mix all properly. Let it rest for 10 minutes.

Now in a pan add oil. Once it heat, give a shape to the mint leaves mixture and then deep fry till crispy.serve hot.
