Steps

Finely chopped onion, carrot, cut paneer in rectangular shape.

Make slurry by using Maida, 2tbsp cornflour, 1tbsp schezwan chutney & salt. Deep paneer in it & deep fry.

Heat the oil in a Pan. Put chilli garlic ginger paste & Peanuts. Then add onion, capsicum, carrot. Fry it for 5 mins.

Then add water, cornflour, 1tbsp schezwan chutney, 1/2 tsp soya souce & salt. Cooked it for 5 mins.

Put fried panner in it & it's ready to serve.
