Ingredients

  1. 1 cuprice flour
  2. 50 mlwater
  3. 1 table spoonAjwain
  4. 1 tablespoonsesimi seeds
  5. 1 tablespoonsalt
  6. As neededOil to deep fry
  7. 1 tablespoonchilli powder
  8. 1 tablespoonbutter

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Take a big bowl and add rice flour and butter and Knead it then add all other spices and Knead it.

    Then take a poori pressing machine and apply oil on both sides or put oil coated plastic paper and keep a small ball of the mixture and press gently.

  3. 3

    Do the same process and drop the papad in the piping hot oil.

  4. 4

    Fry on medium flame until golden brown colour. Keep them in air tight container and preserve them for 15 days.
