In a bowl take refined flour mix salt and oil make dough by adding water and rest for about 15 minutes

In meantime make stuffing. In a kadai add desi ghee when hot add green chilli and ginger chopped stir it now add boiled mashed potatoes and mix all spices.

Let it cool.Make small balls of dough and roll it about 2 inch

In the center add stuffing and roll again like a potli.

In a kadai add oil for frying when hot add all potli prepared. In a batch about 4 you can fry. When golden brown in color remove on paper plate and serve with chutney or ketchup. Enjoy with tea or coffee.
