For vada preparation

Take 2 tsp oil in a kadhai. Add mustard seeds,curry leaves,asafoetida (hing), garlic ginger paste, turmeric and saute well.

Add boiled potatoes and mix well.add coriander leaves

Turn off the flame and add lemon juice.Keep aside

In a bowl take all the ingredients of batter and mix well and make a thick batter.

Make ball size potato stuffing,dip in the beasn batter and deep fry in oil in medium flame on both sides till golden brown.

Assembling vadapav'

Now slit the ladi pav centre halfway without cutting fully.

Spread 1 tsp green chutney and ½ tsp dry garlic chutney on one side of inside pav. Place the prepared vada in center of pav. Also stuff it with some fried chillies. Press it and vada pav is ready to be served.
