First boil the potatoes then boil the pea spinach then strain the water from the peas and spinach and make a paste by crushing in a mixer

Mash the boiled potatoes and mash them then add this paste, then add salt, ginger, chilli paste, lemon juice, then add 2 teaspoons of tapkir and mix everything well.

Shape the prepared spices into cutlet rings, then dip the prepared cutlets in the toss and fry in hot oil, then garnish the cutlets with cheese.
