Ingredients

5 minutes
  • 1 cuptamarind paste (seeded, if necessary)
  • 1habanero pepper (or less if you’d rather not have it too spicy)
  • 1/2 tbspvinegar

    Blend it all together until smooth.

    Refrigerate at least 1 hour before using (this will thicken the sauce)
