Ingredients

  1. 1 packtamarind
  2. 3 scoopsjaggery powder
  3. 1 tablespoonrock salt
  4. Pinchblack pepper powder
  5. Halftablespoon of chaat masala
  6. Halftablespoon of red chilli powder

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Boil tamarind in one glass of water

  2. 2

    Now squeeze all the seeds of tamarind and stain in big stainer

  3. 3

    Do it 2 to 3 times

  4. 4

    In the end add all the spices and Jaggery powder

  5. 5

    Let's make it hot to mix all the ingredients together

  6. 6

    Just make it hot do not boil.let it on flame for only 2 minutes

  7. 7

    Let sit to make it cold

  8. 8

    Yummy healthy preservative chutney is ready
