  • 1tbsp flour
  • 1 tbsp semolina
  • 1 tspCardamom powder
  • 2 cupmilk
  • 3 tbsp milk powder
  • 3tbsp sugar

    Take a bowl

    Add paneer,semolina, flour, cardamom powder

  3. 3

    Take a cone add mix mixture

  4. 4

    Take a pan add oil

  5. 5

    Rasbali fry

  6. 6

    Add rest of the milk, and let it simmer on the slow heat for most 20 minutes

  7. 7

    Now add the milk powder, sugar and mix well

  8. 8

    Add rasbali

  9. 9

    It's serve
